The rental of this apartment is exclusively available for periods longer than one month. This measure aims to guarantee stability and tranquillity within the co-ownership. It is important to note that the number of occupants of the apartment must under no circumstances exceed four (4) persons, in order to ensure a comfortable environment for all.
In the interest of maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, the presence of domestic animals in the apartment is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, all tenants are required to strictly adhere to the co-ownership regulations. Compliance with these rules is essential for maintaining peace and harmony within the co-ownership.
We would also like to specify that tenants are not permitted to invite external persons to the condominium swimming pool, nor to organise receptions or gatherings in the apartment. In the event of non-compliance with the terms of the lease and the commitments made, the owner reserves the right to terminate the rental in advance.
